When I first enrolled in grad school, I thought that I would start working as a marriage and family therapist right after graduation.
But life had other plans for me.
I wanted to create a platform and reach as many people as possible to spread essentially one idea:
the world needs you to be your best self. Being a mindful thinker doesn’t require much.
